In this workshop Britni and Jessica are coming together to help you master the form, set up and execution of the squat and various deadlift variations. 

We are also going over common mistakes when performing these lifts that typically lead to injury and pain and how to address them so you can leave with certainty not only your ability to perform these lifts but how to perform them safely so you can elevate your confidence and crush your goals!  

This workshop is also great for other coaches/trainers in the area too! Come learn some new injury prevention strategies to use with your own clients!
