Whether you are dealing with a brand new injury or pain you’ve been having for a few years, you can book a single session consult call with me to help you strategize through what’s going on and some basic steps to get you started to help address your pain
- We’ll spend 45-60 mins doing a detailed movement assessment, ruling out any serious pathologies, uncovering potential weaknesses, muscular imbalances or movement dysfunctions that may be contributing to your pain
- We’ll also review any lifestyle factors or training regiments that may be contributing to your pain
After the call, I’ll send over a document with all the findings we uncovered during our session as well as exercise recommendations with links to videos on how to perform, progressions for exercises so you have things to work towards that will help you get back to the activities you love, and lifestyle recommendations and modifications that may also assist you in returning back to activity pain free
