You did the exercises. You rested. You iced it. You went back to doing what you love... and it happened again.
Maybe someone told you to "just stop doing that." Or that it's "normal wear and tear." Or that you need to "take it easy."
But nobody actually figured out WHY it keeps happening. And nobody gave you a real plan to make sure it doesn't.
You're not looking for someone to manage your symptoms. You want someone to fix the actual problem so you can get back to the trails, the gym, the slopes. Your life.
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
I spent years working inside the traditional healthcare system. I was seeing 2-3 patients at a time, squeezing people into 30-minute slots, and watching treatment plans get decided by insurance companies. People who have never treated a patient a day in their lives, determining what kind of care YOU get.
I could see how much it was costing people. Not just time and money. Their confidence in their bodies. Their ability to do the things that made them feel like themselves. I knew I could do better. So I left, moved to Denver, and built Rise Performance and Physical Therapy.
At Rise I work with active adults and athletes 1:1, for a full hour, every single session. No rushing to the next patient. No cookie-cutter protocols. Just focused, personalized care built around your body and the life you actually want to live.
My job is to find the root cause of what's going wrong, build your strength from the ground up, and get you back to what you love. Better than before.
a little about me
I'm an active adult myself. I snowboard, hike, paddle board, and play tennis. I've been an athlete my whole life, and I know what it feels like when pain or injury threatens to take that away. It's not just frustrating. It's identity-shaking.
I've also been the frustrated patient who didn't get real answers. That experience is part of why I'm so committed to being the provider I needed.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me on a mountain, a lake, a tennis or volleyball court, or deep in a good book somewhere sunny.
