We are considered out-of-network providers for most major insurance companies. We can provide you with a superbill for each session to submit to your insurance company to apply funds used for physical therapy towards your deductible for the year and/or for partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan
We also accept HSA/FSA
This model of care allows your physical therapist to provide you with the highest level of care and freedom necessary to provide treatment and services that benefit you the most
Your first session will begin with a deep dive into your health history and background on any symptoms you may be experiencing
From there we will perform a movement assessment. The purpose of the movement assessment is to uncover the root causes of where your pain and symptoms are coming from
To wrap up the session your physical therapist will review all findings with you and craft a unique recover and movement plan for you based on the findings made during your assessment
The first appointment is about 60 mins long
